Large sitting room with 40" Smart TV, Youview box, DVD player and 'real' effect gas fire. Sliding toughened glass doors to sea view balcony opening to external steps down to back garden.

Master Bedroom 1 with fantastic sea views and king size bed (5ft), plus flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, and en suite bathroom with power shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
