Swallow Cottage is a charming, stone-built, semi-detached cottage, set on the owner’s working farm in the rural hamlet of Milton, just two miles from Brampton, and can sleep four people. This ground floor cottage has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, lockable bike storage and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Swallow Cottage is a wonderful base for your holiday.

Shared use (with four other cottages on site) of summerhouse and hot tub all year round at £40 per week or £20 per short break, payable direct to owner on arrival (use is by direct arrangement with owner). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There are 3 steps to access property at front.
