This semi-detached Dorset cottage is a self-contained wing of the owner's farmhouse, peacefully situated on a working dairy farm close to the charming village of Mosterton. Positioned on the borders of West Dorset and South Somerset, the cottage offers well-equipped, comfortable accommodation, with views across the Axe Valley, a cosy open fire and sunny conservatory. This is a wonderful place to relax after a day exploring this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Visitors can enjoy a fresh egg for breakfast from one of the free-range chickens, or watch the calves being fed across this 180-acre farm.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Downside's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
