The Boathouse is a luxurious ground floor apartment in the village of Mullion on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. The apartment sleeps two people in a double bedroom with a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking and a patio with outdoor furniture. Close to Lizard Point and Mullion Cove, The Boathouse is a superb holiday home on the south Cornwall coast.
There is wifi or internet access available at The Boathouse in Mullion. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Boathouse's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at The Boathouse. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.

Note: Although all ground floor, there are no grab rails etc in the bathroom of this property so is not suitable for less mobile guests. Note: Max 2 people in property.
