Lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 15 mins walk. Note: Garden is shared with owner who lives next door in attached annexe. The garden is enclosed but not secure, children to be supervised.
