With two bedrooms, one double with an en-suite, and a separate family bathroom, there is accommodation for up to four people. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, plus a balcony with furniture and sea views. You'll also find one designated off road parking space and with all the amenities of this popular coastal resort, along with the beach, just a few minutes' walk away, 4 Ocean 1 is perfect at any time of year.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Designated off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: Apartment building accessed via communal entrance, with a private door into the apartment itself. Note: Although ground floor, there are a couple of steps up into the communal hallway and approximately seven steps down to parking area at rear. Note: Please ensure the radiators are not covered at any time. A charge will be incurred if covered.
