There is a separate bathroom and WC. Down the hall has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has a private balcony area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for one car. Sandy Toes is a lovely coastal destination for families.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available. Off-road parking for 1 car. Balcony with furniture. Cornish cream tea on arrival. Beach, shops and pubs within 5 mins walk. South West Coastal Path can be accessed within a minutes’ walk. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board and and highchair available. Sorry, no pets, no smoking and no candles. Note: Check-in is 4pm. Please note: there is a Premier Inn being built on a car park near the back of this property over summer 2019 so some building work may be heard during the day time. Please note: The property will be decorated during the Christmas period, starting in December.
