With all rooms on the ground-floor, there is a spacious open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has a wrap-around decking area with furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. Birch Lodge is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to the Devonshire countryside.
