The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms over two levels, a twin (can convert to double) with en suite shower room, another twin and a double with en suite bathroom, plus a family bathroom. On the entrance level and lower ground floor are a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with wood burning stove and doors to the terrace. Outside is the terrace with furniture and a gated bridge to an enclosed garden with lawn and trees and countryside views, as well as parking for one car in a garage and one car off the road. Brook Cottage is a tranquil place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Devon.
