Myrtle Quay is a splendid modern detached house beside the River Yealm on the edge of the Devon village of Newton Ferrers. The house sleeps eight people in four bedrooms over two levels, two double and two twin, plus three bath and shower rooms. On the middle floor is a snug with TV and on the top floor is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, a dining area and a kitchen. This room and the two bedrooms below have glass walls which slide open to amazing width of house balconies looking over the creek. Outside is also a little garden with picnic bench down 29 steps. Myrtle Quay is truly a remarkable waterside house for a unique Devon holiday.
