Situated overlooking the water in this truly beautiful corner of the River Yealm is Harbour Edge, a stunning contemporary three-bed house set within the site of the sensitively restored former River Yealm Hotel, in the popular yachting destination of Newton Ferrers.
Whilst being private and detached, Harbour Edge also benefits from having access to the develeopments extensive private woodland, western woodland searing area and private quay with direct foot access to the water and one of the most enviable south facing estuary views in the area. (Permits payable locally if launching paddleboards and kayaks etc)
