A beautiful balcony from the lounge and ample parking in a village where this is at a premium, pet friendly, this stylish modern property is perfectly located to enjoy all the area has to offer. Beautiful modern wide decked terraces open up below the property providing a fabulous sheltered suntrap overlooking the water. Newton Ferrers has its own village shop, butcher and chemist, Tea rooms and a selection of excellent pubs within walking distance. The yaching hub is just down the hill from Sea Horses, and the area is perfect for those who enjoy messing about on the water or simply relaxing and watching the world go by from the luxury of the balcony above. The beauty of Dartmoor, golden beaches of the South Hams are all within a short drive, making Sea Horses the perfect base from which to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
