This wonderful townhouse is set over three floors and has two second floor double bedrooms, a second floor shower room, a first floor bathroom, a ground floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a first floor sitting room with dining area. Outside there's a patio with furniture, a shared lawned garden and off road parking for one car. The Waterfront, Marine Approach is a luxurious property with plenty to see and do in the area.

Designated patio area in shared, riverside open plan garden. Sorry no dogs, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: One of the bedrooms has sloping ceilings with reduced height to edge of room.
