The modern cottage (Erpingham Court) is bright and cheerful with lots of character. The kitchen has a bright, rustic feel and is well-equipped and finished to a high standard. It benefits from a downstairs bedroom and bathroom and sleeps six comfortably. With a utility room The gardens are fully enclosed and dog friendly.
