Prospect House is a Georgian country house in Painswick, Gloucestershire. Entrance to the property begins in a large hallway, leading to a large open-plan living room with a black marble fireplace with an inset glass fronted log burner, and a door to the garden which leads down to the pond and the hot tub cabin. From the living room, it will lead you into a fitted kitchen with a semi-circular breakfast bar. There is a morning room, with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the garden and sliding doors which leads outside to a large garden and has ample seating and a breakfast table. On the first floor, there are two super king-size bedrooms, one with a single bed available and with two bathrooms and WC. Two bedrooms located on the second floor via their own individual stairs at either end of the first floor landing area. There are two king-size bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms and WC. Externally, there are extensive gardens, including a hot tub located in the garden in its own wooden chalet, as well as a small pond. There is ample off street parking available. Prospect House is the perfect property for a peaceful and tranquil holiday.

Entrance through to large hallway, leading to a large open plan living spaces. Living room - a magnificent room with 2 large 'corner-style' sofas which will seat 12 to 14 in comfort, black marble fireplace with inset glass fronted log burner, large flat-screen TV including Sky movies package, DVD. (There is a door to the garden which leads down to the pond and Hot Tub cabin). From the living room double doors take you to the stunning kitchen.
Kitchen - state of the art and wonderfully equipped for the 'master' chef and for entertaining with it's large 4 oven AGA. A semi-circular breakfast bar houses the induction hob, induction Wok hot, teppanyaki grill plate, sink with triple filtered water. A corner unit houses two electric ovens/grills, microwave. In the kitchen there is a Dining Table to seat 12 easily. Plus a separate preparation kitchen with twin sinks, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, storage.
Morning Room - a gorgeous light room with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the garden to the south and to the west 24ft of sliding glass doors giving way to outdoor seating and perfect views over Painswick and on beautiful summer evenings a magnificent sunset; ample seating with sofas and armchairs also a table for breakfast. iPod doc and sound system

Master Bedroom with super king size double bed, please note that the beds can be split into singles if preferred. Wardrobe, dressing table wall mounted TV. (Bathroom with a modern, free standing ' Organic' bath, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Two with a 5ft king size bed (which can be split into 2 singles if required) and a 3ft single bed, wardrobe (with drawers). Bathroom for bedroom Two -, bath with shower over, WC and washbasin (Within this room there is also a separate area for the commercial size washing machine and tumble dryer)
Second Floors
Please note that the two bedrooms on the second floor are accessed via their own individual stairs, at either end of the first floor landing area.
Bedroom Three - with a 5ft king size bed (which can be separated into 2 singles if preferred). also a single bed. Wardrobe and chest of draws. En-suite Bathroom, bath, Mira power shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Four - with 5ft king size double bed, (zip & Link which can be separated into two singles if required,) plus wardrobe with drawers. En-suite Bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin.
All bedrooms have their own hair-dryers
Outside the house is surrounded by a large garden. From the morning room, there is a terraced are enjoying 'those' views with tables and chairs for 10 guests. There is a hot tub for your exclusive use in the garden within it's own wooden chalet, so available for years round use. There is ample off street parking. Parents please note: there is a small pond in the garden. There is a safety mesh in place, but we suggest that children are not left unattended in the garden at any time.
Celebration parties and Hens welcome. Children Welcome, Cot & High Chair also available on request. Ample off street parking. Heating & Electricity included.

Note: This property requires a refundable Good House Keeping Bond of �400 payable to the owner prior to arrival.
