LPG central heating with woodburning stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge. Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for 1 car 20 yards away, additional roadside parking on a first come, first served basis 100 yards away. Raised patio area with table and chairs, lower garden. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Betws y Coed and shop 4 miles, pub 3 mins walk. Note: Although the cottage is arranged on one level, there are 2 internal steps up to the bedroom and a small step down into the shower room. Note: 2 adults max' (no children). Note: The rear door to the garden has a low head height and there are steps onto the front patio and further steps down to the garden.
