Central heating with open fire. Electric oven with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, small chest freezer and washing machine. TV, DVD, WiFi, games and books. High chair, travel cot (no linen). Bed linen and towels provided. Initial supply of fire wood. Off road parking for 2 cars. Multi terrace garden with, small pond, decked seating areas, and sun room with central heating. NOTE: The lane up to the house is steep and narrow, accessible by cars but not any larger vehicles. NOTE: Due to steep garden and pond please ensure small children are supervised at all times.
