5 Summercourt is a townhouse on three levels, situated on the edge of Penryn town, on the banks of the Penryn River and just a five minutes stroll from the harbour. It sleeps 5 in three bedrooms – a double, a twin and a single – with shower-room and bathroom. Living-dining room and kitchen. Snug courtyard garden enclosed by a low stone wall, looking over the tidal river where ducks and swans swim at high tide. A great base for exploring Cornwall, with good sandy beaches nearby. Good walking to be found in the area and water taxi to Flushing, Mylor, Falmouth and St Mawes, or explore Cornwall’s capital city, Truro. Outdoor adventure centre (water sports, climbing, zip-wire, bushcraft) at nearby Halvosso.
