Little Bolthole is a wonderful cottage in Penzance, Cornwall. It has over three floors. With two bedrooms: one double and one twin. There is a ground floor bathroom and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a utility room. The second floor is home to an attic room and play room. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture and a barbecue. Roadside parking is available. Little Bolthole is the perfect place for a coastal retreat.

Note: There is no stairgate at the top of stairs due to property layout and garden so must accompany small children at all times.
