Elm is a stone-built cottage situated in Goonhavern, near Perrenporth in Cornwall. It boasts three bedrooms; one double, a twin and a single, sleeping five guests in total. Inside is also an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outdoors you will find a shared garden with seating, along with off-road parking for two cars. Elm is a quality barn conversion to be enjoyed all-year-round.

Note: Access to shared laundry room with coin operated machines.
