In the tiny hamlet of Pendoggett on north Cornwall's spectacular coast just two miles from the perennially popular, picture postcard village of Port Isaac is Trevalley, a handsome detached 18th century cottage. Close to the excellent surfing and sandy beach at Polzeath, this cottage is ideally situated for anyone wanting to experience all that this stunning coastline has to offer. This lovely family home comprises a generous living room with a granite fireplace and a formal dining room which is ideal for entertaining. Both rooms have a multi fuel stove and traditional beamed ceilings. The large kitchen/breakfast room has been recently refurbished. On the first floor are three pretty bedrooms and a separate cloakroom. A converted garage houses a Pool Table and Table Football to create a neat games area. To the rear guests can enjoy half an acre of lawned garden, shaded by mature sycamore trees with distant views to the sea at Port Isaac at the far end.
There is wifi or internet access available at Trevalley in Port Isaac. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Trevalley's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
