Magnolia Rest is a modern ground floor apartment just outside the village of Preston near Weymouth. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting area and a conservatory with a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio area with furniture and a wildlife garden with covered pond. Magnolia Rest really is a perfect Dorset holiday apartment to enjoy at any time of the year.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Unenclosed wildlife garden with covered pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 10 mins walk. Note: There is another apartment above this property. Note: There is minimal traffic noise from the B3155 which runs along the bottom of the cul-de-sac at the front of the property. Note: Children should be supervised due to the covered pond in the garden.
