This attractive, cosy detached cottage is situated on the coastal road of the Furness Peninsula and is set just one mile from the attractive resort of Roa Island. This property offers high-quality, well-equipped accommodation that has been decorated to a high standard. The cottage boasts a lovely sun-trap patio which looks out over the Furness Fells that is ideal for relaxing on a sunny evening. Close by is the town of Ulverston, which offers an extensive range of pubs, restaurants, shops and entertainment.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Silverdale's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at Silverdale. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.

Electric heaters with electric fire in sitting room. Halogen cooker, microwave, fridge, 2 x flat screen TVs, Freeview, DVD, video. Electricity on a coin meter. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. Lawned garden to front of property, patio to rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pubs 1 mile. Note: Adults only, no children. Note: Although the property is all ground floor there are two steps down into the kitchen area and the rear garden and there is one step from the outside path into the property. Note: The driveway of the property is very narrow
