Trevells is a spacious cottage situated in the stables at Roserrow, adjacent to The Point at Roserrow Golf and Country Club.
The property has a lovely open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the first floor with direct access to the south facing terrace and garden. Trevells has three bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom. There is also a games room downstairs with a pool table and futon. This property is the perfect base to enjoy holidays in the much sought after holiday destination of Polzeath, famous for the wonderful surfing beach.
Polzeath beach is a lovely 20 minute walk on a public footpath that goes through the valley across the golf course. Polzeath has several lively cafes and delicious seafood restaurants, as well as beach boutiques and surf shops.
