There is an open plan kitchen / lounge / dining room with a modern granite kitchen, coal-effect gas fire, six-person dining table, two generous sofas and a twenty-five-foot-long balcony. Outside table and chairs are available, with wonderful views over the town to Batson Creek. 13 Combehaven is a lovely apartment for couples and small families wanting to be close to the heart of Salcombe.
