28 The Salcombe is a delightful waterside home, just a short walk from Salcombe’s boutique shops and restaurants, in an enviable location. The flat sleeps four people in two bedrooms with one en suite shower room and a family bathroom. There is a lounge and dining room with seaside features and seating for four guests, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large balcony with panoramic views over the gardens, harbour and estuary, and two sun loungers and chairs for four people. In central Salcombe, with its popular bakery, local eateries and shops, 28 The Salcombe is a fantastic holiday home for a young family to enjoy a South Devon break.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in 28 The Salcombe's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided – guests need to bring there own teatowels, beach towels and oven gloves.
