Fordlea is an Edwardian terraced property set out over three floors, resting within Salcombe in the South Devon AONB. The holiday cottage comes set with four bedrooms, these include; one king-size, a double, a twin room and a bunk bedroom, along with a family bathroom and a shower room, the property is able to sleep eight people. Inside, it also contains a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room. Externally, you are presented with off-road parking for once car and a lawned garden with a decking and furniture. Fordlea is a well-presented holiday home, boasting an excellent location for a retreat in South Devon.
