This apartment boasts wonderful views of the Salcombe Estuary and has a lounge / dining room and separate kitchen. Sliding doors lead out to a sun terrace with a table, chairs and parasol, plus St Elmo residents can enjoy the exclusive use of a heated outdoor swimming pool which is open from early May to late September, and parking for one car. Valley View is a tastefully furnished apartment making for a wonderful Salcombe bolthole!
