No.12 is a delightful apartment which enjoys lovely sea, beach and valley views from the balcony, lounge and master bedroom. Guests staying at the apartment have access to the communal heated swimming pool with surrounding lawn located on site (May until end of September). The popular Winking Prawn beach restaurant located at North Sands is within a short walk and nearby South Sands also boasts a sandy beach which has water sport equipment for hire and a ferry to Salcombe town centre.
