Albany House is an elegant villa built in the late 19th century for one of Salcombes foremost master mariners. It is situated in a quiet position overlooking Salcombe town and estuary, yet within a few minutes; walk of all the towns shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
Flat 3 enjoys off-street parking, exclusive use of a delightful large garden with outside seating and barbecues, wonderful views, unrestricted wireless broadband, multi-channel TV, and an extensive Blu-ray/DVD library. Flat 3 sleeps four, both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The flat has a unique style and identity, with high standards of accommodation, finish and equipment (including washing and drying machines), and extra touches such as flowers and bathroom toiletries. And, of course, great views! Albany House is always a pleasure to return to at the end of a hard day on the beach or returning from a cliff walk - a stunning destination, at any time of year.
Flat 3 occupies the lower two floors of the house, each with its own private terrace, providing scenic views across the town to Batson Creek. The two bedrooms are on the upper floor while a spiral staircase leads down to the modern and stylish living space, where folding glass doors open onto a lovely sun terrace and large private garden below. This light and airy apartment provides open plan living, perfect for a small family, or up to two couples.
