The property is just a stone's throw from popular Island Street, where you can find the Salcombe Dairy ice cream factory, great for the children and the Salcombe Gin Distillery, even better for the adults! From Island Street you are just few minutes' walk from the bustling town centre and the passenger ferry to East Portlemouth's beautiful sandy beaches.
