Genoa is one of three luxury apartments located in the renowned sailing and boating town of Salcombe in South Devon. The ground floor apartment is a pleasant walk down the hill into town and to the Ferry steps where you can catch the ferry across to a number of sandy beaches, and just a short drive to the popular beaches at North and South Sands. The property itself is meticulous in its detail - Grohe Chrome fittings, granite work surfaces, under floor heating, oak flooring, low level lighting, remote controlled Velux windows and a private south facing sun terrace with glazed balustrade are just some of the luxurious touches that ensure you will truly enjoy your Salcombe visit any season of the year. Please note: Due the the nature of the property a maximum of 4 children can be accommodated. Short breaks of a minimum of 4 nights may be available in the low and mid season - please enquire for further details.
