The house is situated on the hill by the road that leads down to Salcombe town centre, the shops, pubs, restaurants and waterfront. It is ideal for couples wishing to visit this vibrant seaside town at any time of year and has its own entrance, far reaching views, secluded garden and patio with garden furniture and private parking. The owners are pet friendly, so it will appeal to couples or small families who love the outdoors and will appreciate the wonderful walks that abound in this area of Devon, especially the South West Coastal Path that can be accessed close to the property and follows the dramatic coastline.
