Upper Deck (Sunny Cliff Cottage), situated on the exclusive Cliff Road in the former Sunny Cliff Hotel, is a wonderful three bedroom apartment with simply breathtaking panoramic views over the Salcombe estuary towards Millbay and out to sea across 'the bar'. The property is located just a short walk from the town centre and is the perfect spot to really enjoy everything that Salcombe has to offer. The balcony, lounge and all three bedrooms, which all have en suite bath or shower rooms, all enjoy spectacular views of the estuary and sea. The property has private access to the water and private beaches (tidal). There is a mooring included with the property for boats less than 18ft. The mooring sits approx 50yds from the shoreline. Access is from a private foreshore below the property.
