The house sleeps six people in three bedrooms, two twin and a double with en suite shower room over two floors, plus a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area, a study and a hall. On the first floor is a sitting room with sea views and sliding glazed doors to a balcony. Outside is a private little patio at the back with outdoor furniture. On the esplanade and with shops and pubs close by, 6 Lyme Mews is a great place for a seaside holiday in Devon.

Off road parking for two cars. There is parking for one small car in the garage and parking for second small/medium car outside of the garage. Additional visitor parking also available. Enclosed patio garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: This property does not accept children under 8, except babes in arms, due to balcony.
