The Long House is a delightful thatched farmhouse situated on the owners' livestock farm, close to the Devon village of Sheepwash and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. There is a superb sitting room with original wooden beams and inglenook fireplace with a woodburning stove, a spacious kitchen/diner and a snooker room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms two double and one twin as well as a ground floor bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is a private garden with seating and off road parking for two cars. The Long House is an excellent cottage for exploring beautiful Devon, at any time of the year.
There is wifi or internet access available at The Long House in Sheepwash. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Long House's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Some of the electricity is supplied by solar panels and the water supply is from the owner's bore hole. Note: Private grass landing airstrip on the farm available free of charge, subject to weather conditions, by prior arrangement with owner is essential. Note: Day tickets for fly fishing on River Torridge can be purchased from the local pub or the adjacent farm for around £15 per day.
