Lakeside Cabin is a rustic lodge which overlooks a beautiful lake and is set in woodland within the grounds of the owner's trout farm. Set just half a mile from the picturesque hamlet of Sheldon, and seven miles from Honiton, this property can sleep two people. This all ground floor property has a double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is ample off road parking and a covered veranda with furniture, leading to a large lawned area and an unfenced lake just 15 yards away. There is also private trout fishing available in the lake at an extra charge (please contact the owner for more information, there is a 10% reduction for guests). Lakeside Cabin is a wonderful holiday base and is ideal for fans of fishing.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Lakeside Cabin's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at Lakeside Cabin. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
Great news if you just want to get away for a long weekend or short break. Lakeside Cabin accepts bookings for short breaks. So if you fancy a few days in Devon to recharge your batteries then this cottage is well worth consideration.

Electric convector heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with FreeSat, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Covered veranda with furniture, leading to large lawned area and unfenced lake 15 yards from property. Trout fishing at lake open to the public 7am -5pm.(10% reduction for guests). Sorry, no pets, no smoking and no vaping. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: As this property is situated in a valley, there is no mobile reception. Note: Due to the unfenced lake, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Parking is 50 yards from the cabin and access is along a graveled path.
