All rooms are on the ground floor, with three bedrooms: two double and one bunk room, with a separate family bathroom and a cloakroom with basin and WC. It has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a utility area. Outside has an enclosed garden with lawn, decking and patio areas with furniture and a children's play area. Off-road parking is available for five cars. Garthlea is the ideal property for a family looking for a coastal break.
