Fern Cottage is quintessentially an 18th century double fronted, extended stone cottage set in a private garden/patio area and bursting with character in a perfect location, just a short walk away from the beach, restaurants and shops in the wonderful town of St Agnes.
You will be greeted by the cosy living area, which has a children's play room attached along with a double sofa bed. Walk through to the well-equipped kitchen and lovely dining room which looks out onto the patio garden, a lovely spot for a morning coffee before you hit the surf at Trevaunance Cove, or a barbecue when you return. Also on the ground floor is a large utility area and cloakroom. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, one with an en-suite along with the family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.
St Agnes is one of the most popular seaside towns in the region with a real sense of community. Guests often feel like part of the St Agnes fold when visiting, but can also have a relaxing and private time spent with family. There are plenty of fabulous places to eat, drink and be merry, all within walking distance from your front door and Trevaunance is renowned for it's great surf. So whether you are a beginner, or a surf veteran you'll have the time of your life in the water hanging ten!
A few minutes walk from the beach or the bustling village makes Fern Cottage a popular choice and also an ideally central location to explore the rest of our wonderful county.
