This reverse level accommodation has been beautifully furnished with the impressive open-plan living area encompassing the first floor and equipped with a wood burning stove, 60 inch Smart television, Bluetooth speaker and Smart televisions in all bedrooms. The modern and sleek kitchen is fully equipped with every high quality appliance you may need to cook up a delicious meal with fresh local produce. Choose to dine at the stunning dining table with seating for eight, or take it outside to the generous glazed balcony and enjoy the fabulous sea views, you may even spot the seals in the bay.
The ground floor houses all four bedrooms, bedrooms one and two have balconies with wonderful sea views, comfy king-size beds and en-suite shower rooms. Ideally located in sought after St Ives, next door to the acclaimed Blue Hayes Hotel, there is plenty to see and do within walking distance. Take the coastal path downhill onto Porthminster Beach, just minutes away, and then onward to the harbour and town centre where you'll find an array of art galleries, eateries and boutique shops.
