The sea views from the open plan living area are second to none, the Juliette balcony lets the light flood and sea air into this contemporary apartment. Prepare a family meal in the well-equipped modern kitchen area, pour a drink and relax on the sofa.
The master bedroom, with its own Juliette balcony and comfortable king-size bed, has a Jack and Jill bathroom, making it en-suite to this bedroom and, when accessed from the second door, the family bathroom for the second bedroom, a twin across the hallway.
If you fancy a Spa day, head down the hill to the St Ives Harbour Hotel, it offers a relaxing experience, the perfect way to unwind. The award winning Porthminster Beach Cafe is also just a short walk away, as is St Ives town itself, with galleries and cobbled streets to explore as well as numerous beach bars, surf shops and pubs. For keen golfers, there is the 12 hole, pay and play at Tregenna Castle just opposite the apartment or the Links course at Lelant nearby.
A small patio area to the front of the apartment provides outside seating, an ideal spot to catch the last of the sunshine with a glass of wine and plan the next day’s adventures.
