Situated within a short drive of the region's most spectacular beaches and coastal villages, High Croft boasts an ideal base camp for those looking to explore North Cornwall.
Stepping inside, the ground floor has a very contemporary feel with polished oak floors, open-plan living and huge amounts of light flooding in through the picture windows and french doors. The sitting area boasts a cosy wood burning stove, perfect for warming and the breakfast bar in the kitchen invites late evenings with loved ones, tucking in to homemade feasts. The handy utility room is ideal for storing walking boots and wellies, with a washing machine and separate sink for removing any sand! Opening the doors onto the private garden, the expansive lawn holds wonderful views of the countryside beyond.
Upstairs, there are four sumptuous bedrooms to greet you after days spent exploring. The modern bathrooms have heated towel rails and are finished to an exceptional standard.
If you feel tempted to leave the cosy surrounds of High Croft, the popular surfing beach at Polzeath and the soft sands of Daymer Bay are just a five minute drive along pretty country lanes.
