An attractive single story long barn, stylishly renovated to become a comfortable two bedroom cottage, with bright and airy centrally heated modern interior, parking for several cars and with paved and gravel seating areas, to dine or relax in while watching the sun set across the far reaching views. This West facing barn offers space and comfort in a convenient location, close to the connecting road, both for exploring the moors or the exciting coastal villages and beaches close at hand. St Breward on Bodmin Moor, is only 3 miles away, with a village shop and its super 'Old Inn' and Restaurant, while Wadebridge is only 7 miles away, offering a full range shops including exciting restaurants, pubs, independent shops and cycle hire, for exploring the Camel trail and into Padstow. The beach at Trebarwith is 7 miles away, certainly one to enjoy.
