There's also a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an electric fire. Outside, there is a courtyard garden with furniture and off road parking for one car. The Annexe, Laburnum is a comfortable, homely place for couples wishing to discover the beautiful south coast of Cornwall.
