Situated within the walled gardens of the former Zion House, this fabulous duplex apartment is set in a quiet cul-de-sac within the lovely seaside resort of Tenby. This property is well equipped and nicely decorated, offering accommodation of a very high standard. The holiday home is well placed within the town and is just a 10 minute walk from the centre. The award winning sandy beaches associated with Tenby are also very close by, whilst just a short drive away is Oakwood Theme Park, the Dinosaur Experience and Carew and Pembroke Castles, making this a superbly located base for those looking to explore the area.

Second floor bathroom with bath, basin & WC. First floor open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area, sitting area leading to balcony & spiral staircase to second floor. Note: Access to property is via external steps.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD player. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. First floor balcony with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop & pub 3 mins walk. Note: Due to open spiral staircase, property may be unsuitable for less mobile guests.
