A single storey holiday home in the centre of the pretty village of Thornham within very easy walking distance of three fabulous pub/restaurants and the ever-popular Thornham Deli. Once used as a music studio, this dog-friendly single-room property with courtyard garden and off-road parking up a private gravel drive, would make an ideal base for those who want to be close to all the amenities, restaurants, the harbour, beach and nature reserves.
In a previous life, this pretty flint property was used as a music studio for the teaching of various musical instruments and still houses a fully-functional church pipe organ and piano! When the new owners inherited the house, the organ was simply too difficult to take out, so it is still there - and working - so if you have ever hankered after playing a bit of Phantom of the Opera, now is your chance to enjoy the acoustics! The studio is comfortable and practical with a modern kitchen and wet room. The double bed is positioned to one end of the large vaulted and beamed room with a screen for privacy.
Dog-friendly, the property also has an outside courtyard, although the area is not fully enclosed, but it is peaceful and secluded and would make an ideal base for those who love birdwatching and walking as you are close to the coastal path too. The CoastHopper bus stops in the village, which provides access to all the villages and tourist attractions along the coast.
