With views of the sea this amazing holiday home is tucked away in the popular seaside village of Torcross on the Devon coast and really has something for everyone. Swan Haven is perfect for either large family reunions or smaller parties. It has an indoor swimming pool which is open all year round, a games room, a sunny terrace with views of Start Bay, plenty of living space and a large rear garden. There are six bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a snug/TV room, a dining area to seat 12, a large sitting room with woodburner and a conservatory, so if you;ve had enough of your fellow guests you can always get away from them for some peace and quiet.
Alternatively wander down to the beach, walk through the Slapton Ley bird sanctuary or go for a bracing cliff walk along the south west coastal path.
Torcross is midway between Dartmouth and Kingsbridge, both well worth visiting and many of the local attractions, as well as the beaches and picturesque Dartmoor are easily accessible.
