Bay Tree House is a semi-detached property set in the Devonshire town of Torquay. It provides four bedrooms consisting of two double rooms, a 4' double and a single room with a day bed, there is also a family bathroom, a shower room and two cloakrooms, the cottage can sleep six people. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a rear enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs. Bay Tree House is a stunning stay in a wonderful location.

Please note: Due to the character of this property there are steep and uneven stairs leading down into the kitchen making this property unsuitable for people with mobility issues.
