Enjoy a wild swim direct from the propertys communal garden, take a short stroll along the river path through the small Nature Reserve and stop at peaceful and nearby Staverton Island with its pebble beach, or take a ride on the steam railway into the medieval market town of Totnes. When not out exploring the local area guests can appreciate loft style living in the propertys galleried sitting room with vaulted ceilings, wooden flooring and mezzanine level, a modern fully-equipped galley kitchen, comfortable and quiet bedrooms and contemporary bathrooms.
