Fuel, power and wood for woodburner included. Bed linen and towels included. Off road parking. Wrap around decking furnished with dining tables, chairs and additional seating, paved rear courtyard with lockable shed housing loungers, umbrellas etc. Further paved area with barbecue is also available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop, pub and restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: A rowing/sailing dinghy in addition to one or two canoes (one canoe per two guests) are included. Note: Due to the location and design of the cottages, the minimum age for guests is 5 years. Note: Check in time is after 4.30pm and check out time is before 10am.
